The Rains Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Lone Oak Buffaloes to 0 in the Wildcats league victory on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 13-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chisum for a 3A Region II District 12 game on Friday, September 29. Rains will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Commerce (Commerce, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 28-3.

The Buffaloes (18-13) will now prepare for their game against Commerce (Commerce, TX). The Tigers enter the 3A Region II District 12 game with a 16-10 record.
