The Lumberton Raiders volleyball team (Lumberton, TX), was nudged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Vidor Pirates (Vidor, TX)

The Pirates (12-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Jasper (Jasper, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Region III District 19 challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, Jasper was nudged by Bridge City (Bridge City, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Raiders encounter the South View Tigers (Hope Mills, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 29. Lumberton will attempt to move on its 19-13 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lumberton (Lumberton, NC).
