Texas High School Volleyball - Methodist Children's Home edged by Sterling Classical

The Sterling Classical Soldiers held off the host Methodist Children's Home Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.

The Soldiers now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they host St. Mary's for a TCAF Division II District 1 contest on Thursday, September 28. Sterling Classical will face a squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Providence Prep (Belton, TX). The record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Methodist Children's Home moves to 0-8 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Memorial Christian Academy (Killeen, TX) to face the Warriors in a TCAF Division II District 1 contest on Thursday, September 28. The Warriors go into the contest with a record of 11-14. Memorial Christian Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Grace Academy (Georgetown, TX)
