The Birmingham Patriots flag football squad scored 12 points and limited the host Kennedy Cougars to 6 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Patriots now hold a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host El Camino Real for a West Valley test on Wednesday, October 2. Birmingham will meet a Royals squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over La Serna (Whittier, CA). The Royals record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Kennedy drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Cougars host San Fernando (San Fernando, CA) to meet the Tigers in a Valley Mission test on Friday, September 27. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 8-5. San Fernando won 41-8 in their recent non-league test against Chatsworth (Chatsworth, CA)
