In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Belen Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Highland Hornets.

The Eagles (9-3) will now prepare for their outing against Bernalillo (Bernalillo, NM). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 4-6 record. In their last outing, Bernalillo got by Del Norte (Albuquerque, NM), 4-0, in a league outing.
