La Grande Tigers (La Grande, OR) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Ontario Tigers (Ontario, OR), 6-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, La Grande moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Baker/Powder Valley (Baker City, OR) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 4A Greater Oregon test on Tuesday, October 1. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-3. The Tigers now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fruitland for a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. Ontario will clash with a Grizzlies team coming off a 10-0 league win over Payette (Payette, ID). The Grizzlies record now stands at 10-1.
