The Lovington Wildcats soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Artesia Bulldogs to 1 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Thursday.
The Wildcats now hold a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Goddard for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 1.
With the loss, Artesia moves to 3-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Portales (Portales, NM) to clash with the Rams in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. The Rams come into the test with a record of 0-2.
