In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Chief Sealth Seahawks volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Franklin Quakers.

The Seahawks (4-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Cleveland (Seattle, WA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record. In their last challenge, Cleveland was nudged by Seattle Academy (Seattle, WA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Quakers meet the Ingraham Rams (Seattle, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Nathan Hale (Seattle, WA).
