With the win, West Springfield improves its record to 7-0 on the season. The Spartans host West Potomac (Alexandria, VA) to face the Wolverines in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. The Wolverines go into the test with a record of 2-4. West Potomac lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Lake Braddock (Burke, VA)

The Rams now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodson for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. Robinson will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Yorktown (Arlington, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 0-7.
