The Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC) soccer nipped the visiting Westchester Country Day Wildcats (High Point, NC), 1-0 in Thursday's league challenge.
The Furies now hold a 7-6 record. They play next when they host High Point Christian Academy for a NCISAA Piedmont game on Tuesday, October 1.
The Wildcats (10-4) will now prepare for their game against The Burlington School (Burlington, NC). The Spartans come into the non-league game with a 10-2 record. In their last game, The Burlington School edged Haw River Christian Academy (Pittsboro, NC), 11-0, in a non-league game.
