Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA) and the visiting Governor Mifflin Mustangs (Shillington, PA), saw Muhlenberg's soccer squad knock off Governor Mifflin by a count of 5-2.

The Muhls (11-1) will now prepare for their battle against Conrad Weiser (Robesonia, PA). The Scouts enter the Berks County 2 battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, Conrad Weiser tipped Twin Valley (Elverson, PA), 6-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Hempfield Black Knights (Landisville, PA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 28. Governor Mifflin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record. The Black Knights enter the battle with a 9-3 record after their 6-2 league win over Cedar Crest (Lebanon, PA).
