The North Pocono Trojans soccer squad scored 7 points and held the visiting Honesdale Hornets to 0 in the Trojans league victory on Thursday.

The Trojans now possess a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Abington Heights for a Lackawanna - Division I bout on Monday, September 30.

With the loss, Honesdale moves to 4-8 on the year. The Hornets host West Scranton (Scranton, PA) to play the Invaders in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 28. The Invaders go into the bout with a record of 8-1. West Scranton won 4-3 in their recent league bout against Lakeland (Jermyn, PA)
