In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Lake-Lehman Knights soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Wyoming Area Warriors.

The Knights (11-1) will now prepare for their outing against MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA). The go into the Wyoming Valley 3 outing with a 1-10 record. In their last outing, MMI Preparatory School by Wyoming Seminary College Prep (Kingston, PA), 6-0, in a league outing.

Next up, the Warriors play the Berwick Bulldogs (Berwick, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 3 outing, on Monday, September 30. Wyoming Area will attempt to improve on its 5-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a 1-10 record after their 5-1 league loss to Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA).
