The Midwest City Bombers softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Classen SAS Comets to 0 in the Bombers non-league win on Thursday.
The Bombers now possess a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jenks for a 6A District 4 battle on Monday, September 30. Midwest City will confront a Trojans team coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Eufaula (Eufaula, OK). The Trojans record now stands at 14-17.
With the loss, Classen SAS moves to 4-20 on the season. The Comets travel to Cache (Cache, OK) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 2. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a record of 18-17. Cache lost 7-5 in their recent non-league battle against Washington (Washington, OK)
