The Trojans (13-5) will now prepare for their match against Lafayette (St. Joseph, MO). The Fighting Irish come into the non-league match with a 10-12 record. In their last match, Lafayette nipped Falls City (Falls City, NE), 10-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Northmen battle the Park Hill South Panthers (Riverside, MO) in a Class 4 District 16 match, on Monday, September 30. Oak Park will attempt to better on its 4-13 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 5-12 record after their 9-1 non-league loss to Liberty (Liberty, MO).
