In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Alhambra Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Ygnacio Valley Wolves.

The Bulldogs (6-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Concord (Concord, CA). The Bears enter the Diablo-Valley challenge with a 2-12 record. In their last challenge, Concord was beaten by Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolves meet the Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA) in a Diablo-Valley challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Ygnacio Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Concord (Concord, CA).
