The Washington Huskies topped the visiting American Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Huskies face the James Logan Colts (Union City, CA) in a Mission Valley game, on Tuesday, October 1. Washington will attempt to advance on its 7-4 season record. The Colts go into the game with a 18-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA).

The Eagles (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Newark Memorial (Newark, CA). The Cougars go into the Mission Valley game with a 9-7 record. In their last game, Newark Memorial gained a win over Kennedy (Fremont, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
