In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting The School of Los Angeles Coyote volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Animo De La Hoya Boxers.

The Coyote (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Stern (Los Angeles, CA). The Titans come into the Galaxy challenge with a 2-9 record. In their last challenge, Stern was nudged by Los Angeles Leadership Academy (Los Angeles, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Boxers play the Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus Tigers (Los Angeles, CA) in a Galaxy challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Animo De La Hoya will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Smidt Tech (Los Angeles, CA).
