In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Barren County Trojans volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Glasgow Scotties.
The Trojans (14-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Adair County (Columbia, KY). The Indians enter the non-league challenge with a 16-7 record. In their last challenge, Adair County beat Russell County (Russell Springs, KY), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Scotties meet the Cumberland County Panthers (Burkesville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 30. Glasgow will attempt to upgrade on its 9-14 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 16-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Monroe County (Tompkinsville, KY).
