The Huskies (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Laporte (Laporte, MN). The Wildcats enter the non-league challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Laporte was beaten by Walker-Hackensack-Akeley (Walker, MN), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the South Ridge Panthers (Culver, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 30. Cherry will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 3-1 league win over Cook County (Grand Marais, MN).
