In Thursday's league challenge, the host Campolindo Cougars volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Las Lomas Knights.

The Cougars (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA). The Falcons enter the Diablo-Foothill challenge with a 9-13 record. In their last challenge, College Park was beaten by Northgate (Walnut Creek, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA) in a Diablo-Foothill challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Las Lomas will attempt to upgrade on its 16-3 season record. The Broncos enter the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 3-1 league win over College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA).
