The Panthers (13-3) will now prepare for their contest against Morton (Morton, IL). The Potters enter the Mid-Illini contest with a 15-5 record. In their last contest, Morton was knocked off by Dunlap (Dunlap, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Little Giants battle the Lewistown Indians (Lewistown, IL) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 28. Canton will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record. The Indians enter the contest with a 7-11 record after their 2-0 league loss to Macomb (Macomb, IL).
