With the win, Courtland improves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Cougars travel to Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. The Raiders go into the battle with a record of 9-1.

The Knights now own a 1-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chancellor for a Battlefield battle on Tuesday, October 1. Spotsylvania will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 4-10.
