California High School Volleyball - Faith Christian over Valley Christian

In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Faith Christian Lions volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Valley Christian Lions.

The Lions (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Chesterton Academy of Sacramento (North Highlands, CA). The Saints enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Chesterton Academy of Sacramento was beaten by Trinity Christian (Sacramento, CA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Western Sierra Collegiate Academy Wolves (Rocklin, CA) in a Sacramento Metropolitan challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Valley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Wolves enter the challenge with a 10-5 record after their 3-2 league win over John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills (El Dorado Hills, CA).
