Utah High School Volleyball - Monticello over Green River

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Monticello Buckaroo volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Green River Pirates.

The Buckaroo (8-4) will now prepare for their challenge against San Juan (Blanding, UT). The Broncos come into the non-league challenge with a 13-4 record. In their last challenge, San Juan was beaten by North Summit (Coalville, UT), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Pirates meet the Bryce Valley Mustangs (Tropic, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Green River will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-12 record after their 3-0 league loss to Valley (Orderville, UT).
