Utah High School Volleyball - Murray over Jordan

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Murray Spartans (Murray, UT) and the visiting Jordan Beetdiggers (Sandy, UT), observed Murray's volleyball team top Jordan by a count of 3-1.

The Spartans (4-18) will now prepare for their contest against Park City (Park City, UT). The Miners enter the 4A Region 10 contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Park City notched a victory over Hillcrest (Midvale, UT), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Beetdiggers meet the Stansbury Stallions (Stansbury Park, UT) in a 4A Region 10 contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Jordan will attempt to move on its 5-15 season record. The Stallions enter the contest with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Cottonwood (Salt Lake City, UT).
