In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Loara Saxons volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Santa Ana Valley Falcons.

The Saxons (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against JW North (Riverside, CA). The Huskies enter the non-league challenge with a 5-13 record. In their last outing, JW North defeated Perris (Perris, CA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Santa Ana Valley drops to 1-17 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA) to play the Lobos in a Garden Grove outing on Tuesday, October 1. The Lobos come into the outing with a record of 6-6. Los Amigos lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA)
