Parkersburg Big Reds (Parkersburg, WV) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Parkersburg advances its record to 10-14 on the season. The Big Reds host Parkersburg South (Parkersburg, WV) to face the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, October 3. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 1-12. Parkersburg South won 3-0 in their recent league test against Wheeling Park (Wheeling, WV)

The Red Dragons now sport a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Capital for a Mountain State test on Thursday, September 26. St. Albans will face a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Sissonville (Charleston, WV). The Cougars record now stands at 6-9.
