The Eagles now possess a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Virginia High for a non-league bout on Monday, September 30. Rye Cove will clash with a Bearcats team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Marion (Marion, VA). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-7.

With the loss, Twin Springs drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Titans host J.I. Burton (Norton, VA) to play the Black Raiders in a Cumberland outing on Tuesday, October 1.
