Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Westview Wolverines (San Diego, CA) and the visiting San Marcos Knights (San Marcos, CA), observed Westview's volleyball team top San Marcos by a count of 3-0.

The Wolverines (17-6) will now prepare for their contest against Del Norte (San Diego, CA). The Nighthawks enter the non-league contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Del Norte was knocked off by San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Knights battle the Mira Mesa Marauders (San Diego, CA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 27. San Marcos will attempt to move on its 19-3 season record. The Marauders enter the contest with a 3-9 record after their 3-2 league loss to Lincoln (San Diego, CA).
