Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers (Severn, MD) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Gilman Greyhounds (Baltimore, MD), 42-0 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Archbishop Spalding improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Cavaliers host St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD) to meet the Saints in a match on Friday, October 3. The Saints come into the match with a record of 3-2. St. Mary's lost 41-0 in their recent league match against McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD)

Coming up next, the Greyhounds meet the Loyola Blakefield Dons (Towson, MD) in a match, on Saturday, October 4. Gilman will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Dons come into the match with a 3-2 record after their 33-16 league win over Concordia Prep (Towson, MD).
