Pennsylvania High School Football - South Fayette triumphant over Baldwin

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA) and the host Baldwin Highlanders (Pittsburgh, PA), witnessed South Fayette's football squad wallop Baldwin by a count of 49-13.

The Lions (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA). The Panthers enter the WPIAL AAAAA Allegheny Six contest with a 5-1 record. In their last contest, Upper St. Clair was routed by Peters Township (McMurray, PA), 24-20, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Highlanders confront the Bethel Park Black Hawks (Bethel Park, PA) in a WPIAL AAAAA Allegheny Six contest, on Friday, October 3.
