Pennsylvania High School Football - Union City crushed by Eisenhower

September 26, 2025: Union City, PA 16438

The Eisenhower Knights walloped the host Union City Bears football team by a score of 48-6 in Friday's league challenge.

Next, the Knights meet the Seneca Bobcats (Erie, PA) in a District 10 Region 3 test, on Saturday, October 4. Eisenhower will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Bobcats come into the test with a 2-4 record after their 19-7 non-league loss to Fairview (Fairview, PA).

With the defeat, Union City drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Bears host Mercyhurst Prep (Erie, PA) to face the Lakers in a District 10 Region 3 challenge on Friday, October 3. The Lakers go into the challenge with a record of 2-4. Mercyhurst Prep lost 40-37 in their recent non-league challenge against Corry (Corry, PA)
