California High School Flag Football - Los Gatos tops Monterey Trail

September 26, 2025: Elk Grove, CA 95624

The Los Gatos Wildcats flag football team scored 19 points and restricted the host Monterey Trail Mustangs to 0 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Wilcox Chargers (Santa Clara, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 27. Los Gatos will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Chargers go into the challenge with a 4-7 record after their 32-0 league win over MacDonald (San Jose, CA).

The Mustangs (8-5) will now prepare for their test against Sheldon (Sacramento, CA). The Huskies come into the Delta League test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, Sheldon was defeated by Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA), 19-13, in a league test.
