In Friday's non-league challenge, the visiting Alamosa Mean Moose volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Montezuma-Cortez Panthers.
The Mean Moose (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Bayfield (Bayfield, CO). The Wolverines enter the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Bayfield was beaten by Durango (Durango, CO), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centauri for a non-league test on Saturday, September 27.
