In Friday's league outing, the host Potomac School Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers.

The Panthers (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Saint James (Hagerstown, MD). The Saints go into the non-league outing with a 2-9 record. In their last test, Saint James by Kiski School (Saltsburg, PA), 1-0, in a non-league test.

The Mighty Hoppers now have a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Flint Hill for a MAC game on Tuesday, September 30. Georgetown Day will clash with a Huskies team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Woodberry Forest (Woodberry Forest, VA). The Huskies record now stands at 1-4.
