The Lassiter Trojans softball team scored 4 runs and held the host Wesleyan Wolves to 3 in the Trojans non-league win on Friday.

The Trojans now possess a 12-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Forsyth for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 27. Lassiter will confront a Broncos team coming off a 6-5 league loss to North Oconee (Bogart, GA). The Broncos record now stands at 10-9.

With the loss, Wesleyan moves to 18-3 on the season. The Wolves host Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA) to meet the Mustangs in a 1A D-I Region 5 challenge on Monday, September 29. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 17-3. Mount Vernon won 4-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Chamblee (Chamblee, GA)
