Fans at Friday's league battle between the Austin Maroons (Austin, TX) and the host Del Valle Cardinals (Del Valle, TX), saw Austin's volleyball squad notch a victory over Del Valle by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Austin improves its record to 31-3 on the season. The Maroons host Cornerstone Christian (San Antonio, TX) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 28-3. Cornerstone Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Westlake (Austin, TX)

The Cardinals now own a 8-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dripping Springs for a 6A Region IV District 26 test on Tuesday, September 30.
