The Bixby Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Deer Creek Antlers to 1 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Friday.

The Spartans now have a 20-7 record. They play next when they host Edmond Memorial for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27. Bixby will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Deer Creek (Edmond, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 16-2.

The Antlers (6-20) will now prepare for their game against Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK). The Tigers go into the non-league game with a 19-5 record. In their last game, Broken Arrow nudged Muskogee (Muskogee, OK), 3-0, in a league game.
