In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Heritage Christian Eagles volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Blue Ridge Christian Warriors.

With the win, Heritage Christian improves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Eagles host New Hope Christian (Smithville, MO) to face the Phoenix in a Midwest Christian test on Monday, September 29. The Phoenix go into the test with a record of 2-4. New Hope Christian lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Blue Ridge Christian (Kansas City, MO)

The Warriors now own a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shawnee Mission Christian for a Midwest Christian challenge on Tuesday, September 30. Blue Ridge Christian will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Varsity Opponent (, ). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-8.
