In Friday's league match, the Cleburne Yellowjackets (Cleburne, TX) volleyball squad overcame the visiting Mansfield Summit Jaguars (Arlington, TX), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Yellowjackets battle the Seguin Cougars (Arlington, TX) in a 5A Region I District 8 match, on Tuesday, September 30. Cleburne will attempt to improve on its 11-17 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 1-17 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mansfield Timberview (Arlington, TX).
