New Mexico High School Volleyball - Goddard winner over Clovis

Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Goddard improves its record to 7-1 on the season. The Rockets travel to Hobbs (Hobbs, NM) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-11. Hobbs lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM)

The Wildcats now own a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Michael's for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. Clovis will play a Horsemen team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Horsemen record now stands at 10-1.
