Missouri High School Volleyball - St. Joseph Defenders over Cornerstone Family

September 26, 2025: St. Joseph, MO 64505

Fans at Friday's league contest between the St. Joseph Defenders Defenders (St. Joseph, MO) and the visiting Cornerstone Family Saints (Topeka, KS), observed St. Joseph Defenders's volleyball team top Cornerstone Family by a tally of 3-1.

The Defenders (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Whitefield Academy (Kansas City, MO). The Lions go into the Midwest Christian test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Whitefield Academy achieved victory over Cornerstone Family (Topeka, KS), 3-0, in a league test.

The Saints now own a 3-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shawnee Mission Christian for a Midwest Christian test on Thursday, October 2.
