The Crandall Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Corsicana Tigers to 1 in the Pirates league triumph on Friday.

The Pirates now have a 5-12 record. They play next when they host Ennis for a 5A Region II District 15 outing on Tuesday, September 30. Crandall will play a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Midlothian Heritage (Midlothian, TX). The Lions record now stands at 12-12.

With the loss, Corsicana drops to 11-9 on the campaign. The Tigers host Kaufman (Kaufman, TX) to play the Lions in a 5A Region II District 15 outing on Tuesday, September 30.
