Utah High School Volleyball - Payson Crimson Cliffs

September 26, 2025: Payson, UT 84651

In Friday's non-league battle, the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs (Washington, UT) volleyball squad toppled the host Payson Lions (Payson, UT), by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Crimson Cliffs improves its record to 18-6 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Cedar (Cedar City, UT) to encounter the Reds in a 4A Region 9 battle on Tuesday, September 30. The Reds go into the battle with a record of 11-9. Cedar lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Desert Hills (St. George, UT)

The Lions now own a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spanish Fork for a 5A Region 7 battle on Tuesday, September 30. Payson will encounter a Dons squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT). The Dons record now stands at 16-6.
