Texas High School Volleyball - Independence tips Frisco

In Friday's league match, the Independence Knights (Frisco, TX) volleyball squad tipped the host Frisco Raccoons (Frisco, TX), by a count of 3-2.

Next up, the Knights battle the Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers (Frisco, TX) in a 5A Region II District 11 match, on Tuesday, September 30. Independence will attempt to move on its 11-9 season record. The Trail Blazers enter the match with a 6-17 record after their 3-2 league loss to Heritage (Frisco, TX).

The Raccoons (13-14) will now prepare for their match against Memorial (Frisco, TX). The Warriors enter the 5A Region II District 11 match with a 21-11 record. In their last bout, Memorial was nudged by Liberty (Frisco, TX), 3-0, in a league bout.
