The Sparrows Point Pointers prevailed the host Milford Mill Academy Millers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Friday's non-league game.
Next up, the Pointers confront the Chesapeake Bay Hawks (Baltimore, MD) in a Class 2A North Region II game, on Monday, October 6. Sparrows Point will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record.
The Millers (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Pikesville (Baltimore, MD). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 4-0 record.
