Connecticut High School Volleyball - Naugatuck over Wolcott

Fans at Friday's league contest between the Naugatuck Greyhounds (Naugatuck, CT) and the host Wolcott Eagles (Wolcott, CT), observed Naugatuck's volleyball team top Wolcott by a count of 3-0.

The Greyhounds (11-0) will now prepare for their contest against Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT). The Hawks enter the Naugatuck Valley battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Woodland Regional dropped by Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles battle the Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley contest, on Thursday, October 2. Wolcott will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record.
