Chattooga Indians (Summerville, GA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Gordon Central Warriors (Calhoun, GA), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Indians now own a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they host Pepperell for a AA Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, September 28. Chattooga will battle a Dragons squad coming off a 7-1 league win over Model (Rome, GA). The Dragons record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, Gordon Central falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Dade County (Trenton, GA) to battle the Wolverines in a AA Region 7 challenge on Tuesday, September 28. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a record of 18-2. Dade County won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Gordon Lee (Chickamauga, GA)
