Next, the Wildcats confront the Mountain View Eagles (Kingsley, PA) in a Lackawanna 3 challenge, on Friday, September 30. Western Wayne will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 1-1 non-league Honesdale (Honesdale, PA).

The Knights now possess a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montrose for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 29. Scranton will confront a Meteors team coming off a 6-0 non-league win over West Scranton (Scranton, PA). The Meteors record now stands at 5-1.
